Placing an Order
Placing your order could not be easier. Select the concert venue you require from the left sidebar navigation menu, then select the items you require and add the selections to your order. Once the items are added choose 'Checkout' to complete your personal and card details and confirm placement of the order.
We accept most credit and debit cards. Your card will be verified and charged when you confirm the order and you will receive a confirmation email. We will also email a more detailed confirmation/receipt to you to print out and bring to our hire point at the concert.
Table & Chair Hire
A deposit of £5.00 per table or chair, up to a maximum of £50.00 will be charged on collection of each item at your concert. This is to cover damage or non return of the item(s). The deposit is refunded on return of the items at the end of the evening. The deposit is waived when mini marquess are booked together with furniture.
Placement of an order on this website guarantees availability of the items requested and confirmation of your order is automatically emailed to you by our website. This guarantee is however subject to safety considerations with respect to provision of Gazebos in high wind conditions as detailed below.
Are erected on the concert site in positions dictated by the concert organisers/promoters. They are usually erected at the rear of the main crowd area with a line of sight to the stage. The Concert Shop are unable to provide any specific information on siting prior to the event and can accept no responsibility for the actual location or for a clear view of the stage or big screen if available.
In high wind conditions we reserve the right to evacuate and dismantle the gazebos if there is any risk posed to our clients or the public. If the initial erection of the gazebos is considered to be unsafe and pose a possible danger to clients and other members of the public then we reserve the right not to provide the gazebos at all. In such circumstances a full refund of the hire costs will be made.
Refunds are given for bookings or part bookings from private individuals cancelled in advance. We cannot normally accept late cancellation of block bookings from company and corporate clients. We will consider such requests on a discretionary basis. Refunds are not given for bookings not taken up on the night.
